Acceptable Use Policy

You may install the Worker on, and run Actions against, only Servers and systems that you own or that you are authorized to operate. You may not use the Service to access, scan, change, or disrupt any system without its owner's authorization.

You may not:

probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or conduct penetration or load tests against it, except as allowed by Section 9.3 of the Agreement;

access or attempt to access another customer's data, workspace, or Worker installations;

interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by sending volumes of data or requests designed to degrade it;

share workspace access keys, account credentials, or AI Client tokens outside your organization, or use another person's credentials; or

circumvent usage limits, authentication, or the Service's execution and approval controls.

You may not use the Service to:

store or transmit malware, or use Functions or ActionBooks to distribute it;

infringe or misappropriate intellectual property or other rights;

send spam or phishing messages, or impersonate any person;

collect personal data without a lawful basis, or violate any person's privacy;

send Prohibited Data, as defined in Section 4.3 of the Agreement; or

violate any applicable law, including export control and sanctions laws.

You may not use the Service, including Actions, to operate or control systems where failure or misoperation could reasonably be expected to lead to death, personal injury, or serious physical or environmental damage — such as life-support systems, medical devices, emergency dispatch, aircraft or air-traffic systems and other transport control, nuclear or chemical facilities, weapons systems, or the operational control of energy, water, or other utility networks — unless WhaTap agrees in writing.

You may not access the Service to build a competing product, or to copy its features or user interface. You may not publish benchmark results for the Service without WhaTap's prior written consent.

You may not use AI Features in breach of Part A, Section 8 of the Virca Terms for AI Features and Automated Actions.

WhaTap may investigate suspected violations. If WhaTap reasonably believes you or an Authorized User has violated this AUP, it may suspend access as described in Section 15 of the Agreement, limited to what is reasonably necessary. WhaTap may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

WhaTap may update this AUP as described in Section 18 of the Virca Subscription Agreement. Changes required by law or to address a security risk may take effect immediately.
