Whatap Global Inc. ("WhaTap") uses the following subprocessors and affiliates to process Customer Data for the Virca Service. WhaTap updates this list at least 30 days before a new subprocessor begins processing Customer Personal Information and notifies account administrators, as described in the Virca Data Processing Addendum.

Purpose: Hosting of the Service and its data; distribution of Worker packages · Data processed: All Customer Data · Location: United States
Ollama Inc.
Purpose: AI model inference for AI Features · Data processed: Input and Output of AI Features · Location: Primarily the United States; may route requests to Europe and Singapore for capacity
Affiliates
WhaTap Labs
Purpose: May access Customer Data to develop, operate, and support the Service · Location: Republic of Korea
Customer-directed services
When you connect team chat (for example Slack or Microsoft Teams), an identity provider, or an AI Client, data is exchanged with that service at your direction and under your agreement with its provider. These services are not WhaTap subprocessors.
